Top Sirloin, dog. My new favorite cut. These are thin cut jobs though, hence why there are 6 of 'em. I got all 6 for less than 12 bucks from a local butcher. I'll be grilling them tomorrow then slicing them down and using them for grilled steak fajitas - The marinade I used is soy sauce, tequila, parsley, lime juice, a bit of cayenne pepper, onion powder, cumin, and black pepper.
