i watched it intoxicated and knackered but it was obvious who won. The key difference between me and the people that had it close was I gave Beltran most of the swing rounds by virtue of Burns looking on shaky legs and grabbing and falling around everytime Beltrain manouvered him onto the ropes and hit him.
Beltran was real smooth and calm and a great fighter yesterday.
Top Sirloin, dog. My new favorite cut. These are thin cut jobs though, hence why there are 6 of 'em. I got all 6 for less than 12 bucks from a local butcher. I'll be grilling them tomorrow then slicing them down and using them for grilled steak fajitas - The marinade I used is soy sauce, tequila, parsley, lime juice, a bit of cayenne pepper, onion powder, cumin, and black pepper.
Criminally underrated, at that. Not a big fan of his fights or his style, but I have the utmost respect for both K brothers and consider them great ambassadors for the sport - Intelligent, articulate, and beastly.
