    Oi mate, sorry had no time for it i'll give you a brief one here.

    Started off buying a pull up bar and doing 100 ~ ish pulls ups per day combined with 100 push ups. I'd do the pull ups in the morning and push ups before bed. Eating clean was the most important thing though, drank only water and ate chicken breast with vegs/fish/dark chocolate/fruit and turkey. For my cardio routine i skipped every day for around 20-30 minutes 2-3 minute rounds. Shadowboxing 3x3 min, heavy bag 6x3 min and occasionally sprinting for about 15 minutes at night. I will post more pictures in the get in shape contest thread for motivation and because i will join the 6 week transformation contest danny gunz is doing since i'm going up in weight. If you are trying to get in shape or just look better i wish you the best of luck and please keep me updated on your progress

    Well with what we do our unit gets a pretty nice size bank account and purchase our own gym in the area we stay at. Another words I wanted boxing equipment; bag, flooring, timer, gloves, etc etc I got that. Some other dudes wanted cross fit stuff while others wanted free weights, cable machines etc. We got it all. It's pretty pimped for here.

    As for the dieting, that can get difficult with schedules and sometimes the food. Its decent most of the time but other days you have to get creative. My wife and I our nutritional consultants (she's also a personal trainer) so that makes it easier. Plus she's working on her doctrine and I forgot in what lol but it's all about health fitness and the body. So even when I have questions, she can answer.

    Anyway, yeah my goal is to always have a job that allots time for the gym or some kind of fitness during the day. Even if that means during lunch time. Just as long as I have the time where I can get away and go.

    Just noticed you replied, for starters i'm in the military (not much longer) and i'm in the special forces. So I get paid to work out. I'm currently deployed as we speak so that by itself makes it easier to hit up the weights with no distractions like alcohol, bad food, being lazy etc. I box A LOT, to keep my cardio up and I always work on my flexibility and speed. Eating clean is very important for anyone looking to get into shape. Lifting weights is part of it but the MOST important is eating right.
