There are problems between Arum and Greenburg. They do not speak. Greenburg called Arum's behavior "foolish and unproductive" and doesn't even take Bob's calls.

At any time, Arum can take Manny, Miguel, Pavlik, etc and just walk. They have no ties w HBO (unlike how Mayweather did). But where would Bob go? Showtime pays MUCH less. He already put Miguel on Showtime once, and I get the sense that he didn't make money there.

And SHO has 1/3rd the subsribers as HBO, so it's much harder to grow "a star" there.

All that being said, May-Pac is the fight that Davis, Greenburg and Taffet want. And, of course, Floyd wants it.

If Pac-Cotto is a great fight that is competitive to the end, then, yes. I can definitely see the rematch in effect. That is why I'm hoping that one fighter establishes clear dominance over the other.

I just spoke with a boxing insider whom I trust. A lot. He told me that Mayweather/Marquez is "DEFINITELY" over 1 million buys, and may be closer to 1.5 million.

That is consistent with the 1.6 million that Kevin Iole reported.

Berto's getting ****ed up when they fight.

They have the same style where they hold on the inside, but Berto will gas if he throws over 50, Mosley can turn it up to 70+ and is like 13 years older. Berto will gas and get KTFO. That fight is a lock.

If Pac wins that fight is getting made, but damn, I wanna see my dude Mosley get his shot at him. I don't really like the way he fights with the holding and all, but SSM deserves that.
