I was actually watching an instructional video on that the other day. Gonna try it at some point, I like that it relies on physical strength more than some of the other stuff and isn't as technical or athletic as some of the other subs.
There is a tournament in November that I'm going to enter, so that gives me something to work towards. Wanna try and lose about 10lbs by then, my fat % has gone down but I still got a belly
I don't go to the advanced classes, but we did butterfly guard the other day. Pretty difficult IMO. I might try and work on it though because I'm guessing other people strugggle with it too so it'd be good to use against them.
