I'm not sure. I just want to find out/discover/hypothesize something new. If I do it by proving it experimentally or by deriving it from what we already know, it doesn't bother me. I think if I had to choose though I'd like to think up something first, and then go about proving it experimentally which pushes me to the theoretical side.

That's something I'd love to do. I've been thinking about making some youtube videos and going over some stuff via narration and animations/images. But I'll need to wait and see. I appreciate the compliments a lot though, I just hope I get the results I need, and if not, well life goes on I guess.

English is a subject that I'm not too concerned about due to only needing AAAA for 100% guarantee of doing Physics at Uni (entry requirements are ABBB). Since I only need 4 subjects there, and I'm doing 5 then one of them is sort of expendable, and I chose English due to the examination being the most unpredictable.

We done two "mock" examinations in English and I was sitting at 65% overall in both, which is halfway between an A and a B. Turns out though everyone in Scotland totally sucks at English so the usual "70% for an A" gets lowered to about 65%, so I might scrape an A in that, but then again I might get a C or a fail. English is one of those subjects that are so difficult to predict your grade.

Anyway, now I need to wait until August 6th for my results.

Enough of me being boring. how have you been?

That's the exams over now. Maths was great, Physics and Chemistry were quite challenging papers but I think they went OK but that doesn't stop me panicking and thinking of all the little stupid mistakes I made.

I'm slightly concerned about French due the paper being a bit weird in a couple of places and then reading the essay topic slightly wrong but the essay thing was only 10% of the overall mark so I shouldn't beat myself about it. Not to mention in French you do a speaking assessment 3 months before the exam. I achieved full marks in that and it's 25% of your overall grade. So I went into the exam with 25% already, meaning I only need 60% for an A, so I'm hoping I managed it. [CONT]

Anthrax is my favourite band ever. First band I ever went to see. And the last, as it happens! And Come In and Burn is frankly the best record ever for working out to.

I really need to see Ikiru, what are you thoughts on it? Watched Rashomon for the first time, what a great freakin' movie! I still think Shichinin no Samurai is his masterpiece however.
