And what proff do you have that Floyd actually offered Manny to fight?

(if you are gonna say that 24/7 where floyd shows a piece of paper and says it's the contract, I don't think we should take this any further)

So why did he want to test Pac when he didn't test any of his other foes?

Pac turned down 40 mil. but it was Floyd who turned down the fight. When Floyd said he wanted more than 50/50 Pac said ok, let's do 45-55, Floyd said no again. Even though Pac had said yes to 40 mil. Floyd would had stay ducking. Give me one legit reason why Pac would have ANY reason to duck Floyd? Besides I'm a big Floyd fan, inside the ring - Outside, nope.

Tell me why it is you feel Pacquaio should obey Floyd demands? How many roadblocks? 100 mil, drugtesting, join Mayweather promotions, health comes first, Pacquiao is next (don't put words in my mouth), Bradley, Marquez problems. Wtf is this ****?! How can you seriously believe that Pacquaio is avoiding Mayweather? Pacquiao has fought every top boxer in his division, why would he fear Mayweather who hasn't knocked anyone out since Hatton?! And still I don't see why Pacquiao not saying yes to 40 mil. makes it his fault.
