I practice two traditional Chinese boxing arts. The main boxing form I specialize in is called Xing Yi Quan - also spelled Hsing I Chuan. Roughly pronounced, it sounds like "shing ee chwen." The name is usually translated as Form Intent Boxing. The meaning of the name tells you that a Xing Yi boxer integrates the mind/intent with whatever form or shape his/her body takes.
