Top Rank froze him out after he asked for more money to fight Lomachenko.
Typical behavior from Bob Arum....

Bob Arum did Walters dirty. They had him on the shelf for almost a year leading up to the Lomachenko fight....

Did he intentionally cheat? We don’t know because his story is believable and leaves room for doubt....

Bob Arum has quite the scam going with the WBO.
Whenever his champions want to move up in weight they get to automatically challenge for the WBO belt. And whichever of his fighters stays behind will get a chance at fighting for the “interim” belt.
This piece of...

Presenting a bunch of different excuses doesn’t mean that one has a strong case. That would depend on what evidence there is to support any of the excuses. And because of the lack of transparency in the Conor Benn situation you have no idea what excuse swayed the people at the hearing, why they...

After seeing the thread and commenting on it I went to read the actual story and that’s when I went back and added the question mark. I had no idea I had even been called out on it yet....

A whole dossier of evidence? How many different excuses did Benn feel the need to throw out there?
And did his lawyer at least mention which specific brand of supplements were contaminated and where they were purchased? Canelo had receipts for several restaurants he ate at in Mexico,...

I literally edited and added the question mark as I was reading the news story about it. What you can accuse me of is being too quick to jump the gun and that’s fine, it’s a fair criticism in that particular case. But you yourself acknowledged that for a man of Beterbiev's age the atypical...

The Daily Mail and the WBC both mentioned Benn’s contaminated eggs excuse. That we know for sure.
And obviously this excuse is far less believable than Canelo’s because the UK does not allow clomiphene to be used in egg production....

Canelo failed a PED test. But was it because he intentionally cheated or because he ate tainted meat? There is enough believability to his story to leave room for doubt. And no matter if he intended to or not I’ve always said he needed to be responsible for what he put in his body and be punished...

We do know that contaminated eggs were used as an excuse. From the Daily Mail and also from the WBC.
But clomiphene isn’t allowed in egg production in the UK. While clenbuterol is widely used in the cattle industry in Mexico....

I can say that that Conor Benn’s story is far less believable. And that he appears to have thrown as many excuses as he could against the wall, to see if any of them stick....

I posted the video already in this thread, Dunn. It was on College Gameday. The commentator before Jay Williams simply said “she is great” and mentioned nothing about being the GOAT.
Williams then said he was unwilling to say that Caitlin is great yet.

I posted the video of where Jay Williams said it on ESPN. The commentator before Jay praised Caitlin Clark and ended by just stating “she is great.” Nothing about GOAT was mentioned until Jay got triggered and went on his little tirade.
So is Jemele Hill saying that Charles...Dr. Z likes this.

You obviously have a bias against PBC. So why can’t others speak in favor of PBC?...Last edited by ShoulderRoll; 03-25-2024, 07:49 AM.

He failed a PED test and deserved punishment. But did he intentionally cheat? I can’t say that for certain because his story is believable, clenbuterol in beef is a real thing in Mexico as I already gave you an example of....

I can buy that eating contaminated meat in Mexico led to testing positive for clenbuterol. But it’s more difficult to believe that eating contaminated eggs led to testing positive for clomiphene, since it is illegal to use clomiphene in animals in the UK.
Why hasn’t Conor Benn...

Jason Whitlock’s opinion on that, you mean. That I happen to agree with.
My position on why PBC blocked Coppinger from covering the fight wasn’t baseless, because I based it on PBC’s past history. But when BPP provided more info I admitted I was wrong and took back what...
