Going with the champion since he is the more experienced and seasoned fighter, he's been 5 rounds before, been in big fights for the majority of his career and at 100% is seemingly unstoppable. However, wont be surprised if Jones pulls out a win. Dont know if Jones can stop him, but Shogun has never been hard to take down and if Jones was to put emphasis on takedowns and top control he can get a win on the cards, problem is that for all of his gifts, natural fighting IQ and momentum he carries, he is inexperienced. Either, its a fight fan's fight.

I'd go with Cain, but JDS has the power to pull the upset. JDS hasn't been put on his back yet so it's hard to say whether or not hes ready for the type of pressure Cain can put on a guy when he gets them down.

With Edgar and Maynard it's 50/50. It all depends on what gameplan Edgar employs. Maynard's gameplan is the same every fight, keep it standing until he get's caught then revert to wrestling his way to a victory. Edgar needs to show the full spectrum, grappling, striking while keeping the pace fast and never give him a chance to catch a breath. Fact still remains that Edgar has gone 5 rounds 2 times with ease and Maynard hasn't. So taking everything into account, I'd pick Edgar to avenge his loss.

Pick'em fight in all honesty. I personally lean towards Miller eeking out a decision. Tibau doesn't do well against wrestlers.

What helped was eating a stalk of it first thing in the morning-if your body is used to junk food, you'll literally feel it right then, your body will respond almost like a drug, but its natural nutrition a human body needs. The physical reaction helped me with the mental part- think about what you're fueling yourself with
I know craving junk food, tired after work and just wanting to chow down on a bag of cookies -do not keep it in the house for me that is the only way. It takes time to switch over.
The other day I got a massive cheeseburger with onions & mushrooms, to balance it out for a side dish I got broccli with lemon instead of fries. I ate the broclli first before tearing into the burger, I find it helps to eat veggies first, get them out of the way then chow down on the rest of the meal. Microwaveable bag of rice&veggies is easy. And Indian and mideastern foods, great stuff to get your veggies in. V8 is great too, just suck that down in like 20secs and your covered.

I haven't really focused on that yet...once I have a fight coming up I will....but from others I know, they stay away from fattening foods, a lotta candy and they all don't touch soda...Soda is said to decay your teeth and weaken your bones...

Some people I know have to make weight so they eat 5-7 meals a day but small portions, instead of 3 big meals a day...

I used to get that, make sure your firewall isn't blocking your connection are you setting it up wireless? If you can try and use the ethernet cable just to make sure you can run it?

Otherwise make sure your NAT type is set to open, and some routers like linksys routers aren't with Xbox's and PS3's they'll work eventually but they're really annoying.

No no, I had the xbox 360 on launch day like 2 years back. I decided to get rid of it because I just don't use it. I used it every time a decent xbox exclusive came out and then just left it for months until the next one. I use my playstation pretty much every day so I figured I'd sell the xbox.

    Rather have the money.
