No mate you missed the point a long while away Even when I have explained it to you as if you were a child. And you still cant grasp it.
Conor Benn had a hearing with UKAD/BBBoC and won.
What decision do you think is being appealed here? You didnt answer it. What do...

You have NO IDEA what you are talking about. Genuinely not even the first clue.
So lets go the top;
Tyson Fury had a hearing with the NADP, LITERALLY the exact same one Conor Benn had because he claimed Contaminated meat. There is literally, and I mean, LITERALLY, not...Last edited by IronDanHamza; Today, 12:00 PM.

See what I mean? Marchegiano How am I supposed to not reply to this when I’ve already explained to to him IN THIS THREAD!
Mate, Conor Benn HAD A HEARING with BBBoC and UKAD. What part of that are you not getting? He had a hearing with them, he presented his evidence to them,...

He can’t seem to grasp that Conor Benn’s excuse of a tainted supplement is just as believable and leaves just as much room for doubt.
Basically anyone who’s ever failed a drug test can say the same. We don’t know if barely anyone “intentionally cheated”...Last edited by IronDanHamza; Yesterday, 10:32 PM.

Its not spin, it’s what happened. Thats why they fought. I’d have rather he fought Margarito instead.
But hold on, Zab Judah was #3 at that time when Mayweather fought him so I’m assuming that’s a great win for Floyd in your eyes anyway right?...

Mayweather and Judah still fought because they’d verbally agreed to fight prior to his loss to what was meant to be a tune up, that’s the only reason.
They didn’t have to fight as it was not a verbal agreement and not in writing but it had been building up for a while...

Nah the hearing was regarding his suspension, to which he presented his evidence (confidential) and he won and thus his suspension was lifted and he was clear to fight. Theres rumours that he won on the basis of jurisdiction, but there’s nothing to support that outside of hearsay. And as the...

Dillian Whyte hasn’t been licensed in the UK for like 5 years now so his issue has a lot of grey areas.
His hearing was in Texas. I don’t know if that’s who he’s licensed by or whatever....

Good grief Do you not read the posts you’re quoted on on here? I genuinely wonder if you don’t.
I have literally explained and broke this down to you numerous times now.
He had a hearing with UKAD/BBBoC via the NAPD. A totally seperate hearing to the one...

Haven’t defended him a single time. All I’ve done is speak on what’s happened and when someone says something incorrect on it then correct it.
He was proven innocent, but that’s now been overturned so no longer stands. That’s his problem.
I never...

I don’t know man Maybe it’s just my brain struggling to cope with people talking nonsense. I can’t cope with people talking about something they’re misinformed on. I do struggle with things that don’t make sense in general.
So if someone says “look...

Because no one has the brain capacity to follow a very basic case it seems. Almost everyone making comment on it is misinformed and talking factually incorrect nonsense.
That’s not nitpicking that called saying what actually happened.
And why would I care about mitigating...

I don’t think so but imagine if he did and won the appeal to overturn the appeal ...

He already did that. Can you not read?
What decision do you think they appealed? The one they lost in a hearing....

Why would I do that? #1 I dislike Benn so I’m not “caping” for him in any capacity. I’m merely following the process of what’s actually happened.
UKAD/BBBoC won the appeal. That’s all there is to it. It’s now ban time more than likely....

Not entirely sure. Case dependant I think. I think there has been shorter bans.
I’m quite shocked that UKAD/BBBoC have won this appeal. The evidence they had must have been compelling for NAPD to overturn their decision....Eff Pandas likes this.

He didn’t appeal anything. He won the hearing and was exonerated and had his suspension lifted.
It’s UKAD/BBBoC that appealed, and have now won that appeal....

It’s because Conor fought it, so the process dragged on. They Conor won the hearing and they appealed it so it dragged on even more. Now they’re won the appeal so it’s dragged on even more
4 years is the maximum ban here. It’s 2 years if you admit wrong doing...

Nah the reason he was fighting in the USA is because they refused to license him despite losing the hearing because they’d appealed it.
I guess it turns out they were right because they won the appeal and now thus the decision they lost has been overturned.
Conor would...

Well not entirely true, he did have a hearing with them and he won that hearing. That is the same hearing that’s now been overturned on appeal.
But you aren’t wrong that he did himself no favours prior to that....
