Last fight was over 2 years ago against Magsayo where he lost but had a wrecked shoulder and it was pretty close even in the loss with him using one arm.

There is no minimum for any weightclass as I understand it, but you would be at a clear disadvantage fighting at HW when you don't even walk around at 200 so why not try and make lighter weights if you can? Most Cruisers are 215ish maybe up to 225 walking around.
