Not sure about that trend nationwide. US birth rate fell consistently from 1989-2018. Then Covid happened and it went back up again. I know a couple of people who had kids during lockdown, I assume because they were forced to stay at home and so ended up having more sex and so pregnancy happened....

Nobody tried to put it in the food supply. It's not something science is able to do yet. Even if we could, it makes no sense to put medicine in food randomly like that because people would be overdosing all over the place due to some people eating more lettuce than others. A politician (probably trying...Last edited by Clegg; Yesterday, 03:03 AM.YoungKingJulian likes this.

Respect to both guys. Both hurt and exhausted but still pushing on, at least for the 20 seconds per round their stamina allows them at this point.edpboxing likes this.

Irrelevant to the thread either way. Was discussing why Thurman isn't great imo, which has nothing to do with Crawford. But I guess you just had him on your mind and needed a place to vent....

Could depend on the Saudis. Ramirez fought Bivol there so I'm sure he'd be open to the idea of another big payday if that was next. But not sure what the plans are for Jai. Rumours that he could face the Bivol/Beterbiev winner. But also rumours that Benavidez will be getting that offer so who knows...

Not sure of your issue. I'm saying Thurman doesn't have a great resume. You're saying he wasted his career and it could've been far better, which isn't the sort of thing people say about guys with great resumes. Not much of a disagreement then.
I don't fanboy for anybody, especially not...

Garcia ducked Postol, who Crawford dominated. Garcia's best win is decision over Lucas M, who Postol knocked out. Crawford just beat Spence, who beat Garcia. Garcia has no big wins at 147....

Thurman clearly does not have a great resume. Pac was an ATG, but was far far past his prime and didn't win another fight in his career. Garcia and Porter are the 2 notable wins, that's pretty far from greatness....SteveM likes this.

The difference though is that back in 2009 it was a small group with no official political recognition. It was only once Biden came to office that he officially recognised it 'as a day for all Americans to lift up transgender voices' etc. I disagree with man down most of the time and no idea what that...

Team Ennis should be looking at meaningful options at 154. Crawford and Spence look to be heading up. Guys like Tszyu and Ortiz already there. 147 will be low on talent and big fights. It's a shame for him because he hasn't had a chance to prove much yet, but he's not going to be able to anytime soon...

Sounds odd to me that Tszyu, Fundora, Cruz, Zerafa, Bohachuk were all at least 1.2lb under the limit. Odd in a 'somebody illegally adjusted the scales to help a fighter make weight' kind of way.

Just personal taste, I didn't think it was a great fight. Was better than the others you named for sure. But imo it was competitive because Haney's key gifts are his jab and movement and Loma took that away for much of the fight, but Loma himself didn't really show his best stuff until late on. It was...

If you've watched and scored a fight the same way 4 times already it could be considered a waste of time to give another try but you just had to make sure.MikeyMike100 likes this.
