    I did the next couple days too, and kept track, but you weren't answering so I didn't post them.

    I'm having the hardest time with the hanging knee raises cuz my arms are dead about that time and I can't hold myself up long enough to hang until my stomach gets tired.

    I always do full body workouts. As it was explained to me, training your body is like training to fight, you wouldn't just train one thing each day, you put the entire picture together everytime you train. Instead of just doing chest once a week, i train it 3-4 times, along with everything else....

    i did day 1 of your body weight workout. i wanted to try something different...
    incline handstands- 41, slow inc handstands- 37 seconds
    wide grip pullups- 23, commando pullups-15 (obviously starting to tire, that's ont a lot), wide grip reverse pullups-18..slow wide grip pullups- 31 seconds....hanging knee raise 32, slow knee raise36 seconds. incline pushups- 66, wide pushups 55 (tired by now, can usually do 100), finger pusshups- 12, slow wide pushups- 42 seconds dips 26, slow dips 41 seconds, hindu squats- 80, slow hindu- 44 seconds
