MENTALLY it can wreak havoc on a fighters mind and body...but honestly? I dont think the actual act of sex is as rough on the legs as the sparring and running up mountains we do.

    Thanks man.

It took me about 6-7 months. Low carb(about 150 grams per day), high protein (200+ grams) diet. Lots of cardio and weight training

In computer science. It's kind of a fall back career for me as I plan to be more into law enforcement, hopefully FBI in the future. And I used to box when I was younger but with my time off I will be at the gym a lot more. I miss hitting the bag lol

Michael was 156 in 1986...165 in 1987....175 in 1988...and 200 plus in 1991....it wsnt a sudden, months long dramatic jump....but, either way, it is not wise to compete at a weight that just isnt completely natural to you...

165 to 200? WHY? If you weigh 165 and unnaturally move to 200 you will NOT be a true 200 pounder. It will be articifical...it wont be natural. Just because you weigh something doesnt mean that you will be right. I mean, if a guy is supposed to be 147 but he goes up to 195, even though he may have skills he will not be a true 200 pounder. His brain and ability to take a punch will suffer. If I was you I would concentrate on being the best at 165 that I could be.

Nah, amazingly Curtis looked fine at 201...and he was very good at the weight, won some good tournaments!
