yeah, it was Vinny that had issues with everyone, not Darrell. Darrell hated his brother so much by the last two years of Pantera he tried to get his own bus so he didn't have to travel with Vinnie, i don't know what the specific issue was between Vinny and Phil though, Rex didn't say anything about that, just that Phil was f*cked up because of all the heroin he was doing
