Nah, I can't at the moment. Too much other sh*t on my plate at the moment. But I plan to get back to lifting and running regularly in June. I've always been more of a cardio dude, just because with my ectomorphic body type it's f*ckin' brutal for me to try to put on weight. I have to eat until it hurts, even with protein shakes. I mix ensure plus with whey powder, whole milk, and half a banana 3X a day.
