    What helped was eating a stalk of it first thing in the morning-if your body is used to junk food, you'll literally feel it right then, your body will respond almost like a drug, but its natural nutrition a human body needs. The physical reaction helped me with the mental part- think about what you're fueling yourself with
    I know craving junk food, tired after work and just wanting to chow down on a bag of cookies -do not keep it in the house for me that is the only way. It takes time to switch over.
    The other day I got a massive cheeseburger with onions & mushrooms, to balance it out for a side dish I got broccli with lemon instead of fries. I ate the broclli first before tearing into the burger, I find it helps to eat veggies first, get them out of the way then chow down on the rest of the meal. Microwaveable bag of rice&veggies is easy. And Indian and mideastern foods, great stuff to get your veggies in. V8 is great too, just suck that down in like 20secs and your covered.

    hey man. You said on my thread, you eat broccli now, instead cookies. But how did you get your body 2 adaopt to eating healthly foods when i try.

    My body just craves junk food
