sounds good bro. yeah, granados is def an entertaining fighter. you should have seen his fights with herrera and canas, they were more entertaining than the gomez one. i wish they would have been filmed. sadly no network picked either fight up. boxingscene came out with an article about him right before his last fight, check it out:

he served as marquez's sparring partner leading up the first diaz fight. hopefully you can make it out to the fights.

Yea..I def wanna go..I've only been to the Frankie Gomez one..and he definitely impressed me..I wouldn't mind seeing him again..Kermit Cintron is a good name for his resume..I'd really love to witness this live..hopefully they can squeeze in another good undercard for this one too..I'll holla at you as the date approaches maybe we can get together with 41-0 and have a few beers before the show..

hell yeah bro. how about you? me and Mayweather41-0 were planning to go to the card before fonfara pulled out, so hearing this main event replacement hypes it up even more for me. i've been to 3 granados fights and they all were entertaining. plus, right before his last fight, me and my friend parked right next to him in the parking lot, so we got a chance to talk to him and wish him luck right before his fight. cool ass dude and really entertaining fighter. he's getting his shot to impress on a good network like espn2. i hope he has a great performance. cintron, although older, still has experience and size on adrian.

I agree..Trout is going to serve as a good measuring stick to see where Cotto stands..but I really don't see Cotto caring enough for the belts to fight K9 or anyone else who isn't bringing good money to the table..after Canelo (if he wins) he's sure to go for another Pacquiao or Mayweather showdown..

it's hard to look good against mayweather, so for cotto to lose that fight, it doesn't mean much. the majority of people expected him to lose you know. this fight with trout i think will truly show how much cotto's got left. k9 bundrage is the ibf champ, and this russian guy who got stopped by k9 years back now holds the wbo and ibo belts. if an alvarez fight for some reason doesn't happen, i'd like to see him unify those titles instead. imagine cotto being the wba/wbo/ibf/ibo champ, that'd be insane, haha. he would have to get rewarded the ring mag belt by the time he fights for all 4 belts imo. lots of possibilities, but the likley step after trout would be alvarez. we'll see what happens.

Yea I'd just hate to see Cotto go out like that..but it is best for the sport if Canelo is the real deal..I don't see Cotto retiring even if he loses..although I stated if he wins..he proves he's HOF worthy with a Canelo victory..but he's not gonna beat the top 3 dogs (Mayweather, Martinez, Pacquiao) so it might be ideal to retire win or lose after Canelo..

def agree with you on demarco. as for alvarez, i like what i see from him but i wish we'd see him step up already. hopefully that happens with cotto in may. i wouldn't really be rooting against cotto, but having alvarez win would give way for a new star to be born. kinda like 'passing the torch' type of fight, you know? may the best man win in that matchup though. i like both guys. you think cotto would retire if he were to lose that fight?

I agree..I wasn't a DeMarco fan until the Valero fight..he showed tremendous heart against a caveman..lol..and yea I like Alvarez..but if he's opposite corner of Cotto I gotta back my boy Cotto..but that's a tough one..I don't know if Cotto will be able to take Alvarez' power well..he's a big ass JMW who is very accurate..he fights similar to Cotto..so it'll be a war of wills..I hope it happens..who would u root for?

yeah, that could very well happen. i just hope demarco, if he loses, doesn't end up on one of broner's highlight reels. we'll see what happens, but yeah i'm def looking forward to that. you like alvarez? i think if cotto beats trout in december that fight will happen next. you going to root for cotto right?
