  • David Tua vs. Shane Cameron On The Table For March

For at least two-years, Shane Cameron (22-1, 19KOs) has been trying to land a fight with New Zealand rival David Tua (49-3-1, 42KOs), which is arguably the biggest fight in their country. Tua showed very little interest in the past and brushed off Cameron's advances - until now. [details]

Do they usually air Tua's fights in the states? if so, what network picks em up?

Tua, what a waste! Who cares anymore? Such a headcase to let his career die on the vine this way. Say what you may, at least Julio Caesar Chavez Jr. was fighting once a month while Tua was in his easy chair gaining weight.

you do realize that his layoff was due to legal battles with his manager right?

only thing wrong with tua was bad management/promotion and his insatiable urges to eat fried bananas.

tua fought 3 times last year for peanuts. he turned down the arreola fight but we don't really know how much he was offered. i say he should have taken it no matter what but if he wasn't getting paid what's the point? he is a pro in it for money.

Tua has been the victim of bad management. He could have had the fight with Arreola, but Kushner was unreasonable in his money demands.

Tua's inactivity is the result of Kushner's ******ity.
