hi guys,
im off training due to broken ribs and have been putting on a few lbs.
ive been told from an old pro from 20 year ago that a good way to rid up2 7lb a week is to take soup 3-4 times a day as your only meals and drink only water.
anyone confirm or deny this method?

ANYONE?............
well, it isn't neccesarily a good idea, unless your soup has all the neccesary things to fullfill your bodies needs, i.e. carbs , protein, vitamins, minerals, and since you are injured it is especially important that you get all your neccesary vitamins and minerals to help with healing.
and imagine ****ting out water everyday of the week? sound fun to you?

Sumo guys train eating a special high-calorie soup. They don't lose weight. Just saying a person should eat soup is not enough. These old-time guys, if they are really so clever, would give you the recipes of the soups you need to eat. Otherwise, they are just sucking canal water up their *******s from a dirty bottle....
