View Full Version : Diet + Workinout?

Hey guys,
Been on these forums for a while, thought id register.

My routine is more towards building muscle mass than power.
So far in research iv worked up this plan:

Diet
- 6 meals a day (one every 2-3 hours to keep metabolism up)
- about 2500 calories a day
- every meal consists of: 24g Protein, 27 Carbs, 15g Good Fats
- one meal, after weights is: 39g Protein, 100g Carbs, 30g Good Fats

Workout
- 1 body part a day, 5 days a week
- reps: 12, then 10, then 8 for the last set

Probaly crap but, you no.... you gotta start somewhere! ;)

do you run? You should run almost everyday (taking a day off every 3 or 4 or whenever you feel is right.)

Seems to me like you are weight training, are you taking any supplements?

ERI104 - I cycle every morning (low intensity) before eating to burn fat/boost metabolism

I run 3 times a week - monday, wednesday, friday, 1.5 mile to 3 mile


Precision989 - Yep, I take Whey Protein in the morning after cycling and again after workingout
