Looks interesting. Google "kettlebell training" and check out the articles on bodybuilding.com. I don't see why it wouldn't work. Lifting anything, enough times, will make you stronger. When I was big into weights, we used to say:

"Find big rock. Lift big rock. Find bigger rock."

I used to own 2 kettlebells; gave 'em to my friends when i moved out of Baltimore.
some day i'd like to get some more.
they're good for total body coordination, explosiveness, and endurance.

They have this cool effect where you can blast through a set of 20, set down the weight and then get nailed by delayed reaction fatigue- to the point of breathing harder, getting flushed, and exhausted starting a few seconds after you set the weight down.

Does anyone know of a store in the New York area which sells kettlebells? I don't feel like ordering them all those shipping charges on top of the cost of the things, but I would like to try them.
