hey this is mainly aimed at punchdrunk but if anyone else can give me some pointers I'd appreciate it. I switched up my routine to a 5x5 does this seem alright??

tuesdays:

Bench press 5x5
Clean and press 4x8
Bent-over rows 5x5
lat pull 5x5
dips 3x5

saturdays

squats 5x5
deadlifts 5x5

dont knoe the rest off your schedule but it sounds okay

I go to the boxing gym mondays,wednesdays,thursdays,fridays and sat. or at least I try to, at the most 3-4 times a week...
