This guy over at the Operation Sports boards told me that a true boxing sim wouldn't sell and would get boring real quick. What do you guys think? I think realism is key to a boxing sim...rankings,stats,emotions and everything that screams boxing.

Thats BS all other sports games are judged by their realism. Boxing would be the same way.

I think its a legitimate point though, considering that boxing isnt as popular as many of those other sports and that while yeah fight night games sell,EA is more or less selling Arcade style boxing.

It definately would. As long as it is fun. Sim does not mean slow and boring.
