I took a hiatus (cos im a ****ing dick) and when i sparred again I felt like I sucked. Anybody else experience this that a less experienced boxer dominates you when you are rusty? Although he told me i nearly knocked him out with every shot I landed, that's what people usually tell me ;)

Its all aboput the eyes being sharp and timing/rythme. You could step in with a less experienced boxer and be off because of your absence. In a short time youll be back and rolling over the less experienced guy. Get the rythme and get the eyes back and its your game...........Rockin':boxing:
