Well i bought some whey protein today and the guy also told me to buy gold medal carbs which contains complex carbohydrates i did he said it helps absorb the whey protein better because it contains dextrose and a whole bunch of other stuff.

True, also if u dont work out with that protein ull see it in the toilet later on or on ur stomach. Either way is wasted money on it so just mak sure to use it right.
