I really liked The D.O.C.'s voice before his accident.

I hate Papoose's voice, I can only take so much of that.

Jay-Z has a good voice, although he sounds a lot different on his new album. which I don't like as much as his voice on his older material.

Eazy E, Canibus and Juelz Santana come to mind when I think of annoying voices.

Nas, Rakim, Jay-Z probally the easiest to listen to.
