hey yall, im looking for a good gym in my area(greater hartford area,CT) the only one i can think of is LA boxing. is this a good gym to go to or is it a mainstream kind of thing. i know Israel 'Pito' Cardona is one of the trainers there along with Lombardi Chris and i think john scully also does work there

so yea if anyone of u know of any quality gyms in the area please let me know

Is Cardona still fighting? I have no idea about the gym, but sounds like its got some good trainers, ex-boxers who know the sport they can teach a youngster a lot about boxing. I'd go to the gym and check it out see how the atmosphere is.

i box at la boxing in mass. Pretty good gym, got a couple of really good boxers and trainers there.
