It feels like I have a cold knife in my chest, my stomach is in freefall, can barely see out of my eyes, and every muscle in my body feels numb... and I have no idea why.

Xmas lost it for me when my Grandfather died in 97...hasn't been the same since, he was the only reason I bothered with most of my family.

This Xmas day is 2 years since I have seen anyone apart from my parents in my family at all, and I am not breaking the drought then either as I am working.

It isn't a great day on my calendar either
