hey guys, i want to get into boxing. problem is i am 5'7 and 254lbs and 17 yrs old...not alot of muscle. obviously i dont plan on gettin to pro i just need to do something with my time that will get me to lose weight. i have a gym memebership and no job so i have alot of time to workout/train.

my body type makes me look liek 220ish so im not like grossly overweight

so i guess im asking for tips on lossing the excess weight and gaining muscle. gettin in shape to start training to box.

run, situps, punch bag 4 x 3 min rounds start off basic,, cant beat the basics!
