WARNING!!!! cooking beef on agrill with charcoal can cause cancer. when the fat drips off and hits the charcoal a certain carcinogen is produced and the smoke puts it on your meat!!!

as the son of a former butcher (current baker) i will definately tell you to cool the meat to at least med.

taht nad it doesn;t matter how much i cool a steak (if i ate redmeat) i would drown it in katchup anyway.
