Both guys can bang and could end it with one punch. I'll favour Hearns in this one by an early stoppage but it could easily be the other way around. Would be exciting no matter who wins.

Man, this is impossible to predict. The match will feature blood and battered faces by the end of it all. The winner would probably finish their opponent with a flurry of hard rights in the 9-11th rounds. This fight definitely wouldn’t go all the way.

I’ll go with Benn in a 10th Round stoppage because he’s losing in the pole.

It's a punchers fight. And since Benns chin cannot compare with Haglers then it cannot automaticly be Benn winning.

This would be similar to Hagler/Hearns, but I can see Hearns starting strong but Benn taking him out in devastating fashion, pretty much like most Benn fights (Mclellan, Barkley, just to name a few).

its difficult hearns was faster but benns bobing and weaving would help it could go either way but i favour benn

Would it be a factor what weight they fought at?
Middleweight was Benns perfect weight, his punches were too fast and powerful.
At Supermiddle he was slower and was outboxed by Malinga, who was a tall rangey boxer.
But Hearns was KO'd by Barkley.

But maybe that wouldnt matter.
I lean towards Benn, but both are very fast and dangerous at middleweight.

Benn was the all around harder puncher but I can see him being dropped by one of Hearn's rights and who knows from then?

This is a great fight,one of the best yet in the fantasy fights section.imo.
It could go either way,both were hard punchers and both got rocked alot in
fights.Hearns is without doubt an all time great and achieved more than Benn did in his career.But in this fight at middle/super middleweight i would lean towards Benn slightly.I think he would find the spot in a exciting slugfest.

Gotta go with Hearns with this one, I don't see Benn surving if Hearns catches him. Benn can also get lucky and land the big punch, but Tommy was a much better boxer, so I've to go with Tommy.

Tommy by late stoppage...too precise with the right which Benn would be taking a few of. Even if Benn withstood the barrage, Tommy could outbox anybody.

looking at the results of this poll i start understanding JuyJuy's crusade to promote Benn and Eubank's memories

benn wins this one. hearns isn't a natural middlweight, benn is. hearns is a better boxer, but benn has more heart. i'd pick benn to win because he ****ed up the g man, who was bigger and stronger than tommy hearns. hearns would be winning on the cards when one of benn's heavy fists landed and knocked him the **** out.
