(Refer to VH1 for grammar credibility). Punching down is always faster than punching up, and apparently speed is king over technique. Right. As for this video; I laughed. He is probably some form of TKD fighter or maybe (and sadly) JKD. Either way, I assume he's a lot better than he displays on the bag, because if he kicks twice as fast as he shows in the vid, he still gets his world rocked on a regular basis. And don't get me started on turning your back to an opponent with no defense forthcoming. Disgraceful. (Just for the record, I took two years of Aikido and two years of Ukejutsu.)
