u cant reduce fat on a certain area...just keep working the abs hard and try to lose some weight

Yea i got the same problem also.. Thing is i weight 133 right now.. And i was 143 before... Same ****.. No results.. and im doing my situps... It's crazy..

same problem hear ..... i do alot of leg lifts going up and down and i feel it in my lower abs but i still got a small pack of fat undre my belly button

Yea i got the same problem also.. Thing is i weight 133 right now.. And i was 143 before... Same ****.. No results.. and im doing my situps... It's crazy..

u'd have to do thousands of sit ups a day to burn all those calories stored in the fat. the only way to get rid of it is do more cardio - more running would be the best or eat less calories

if u weigh light like 140 and dont have a 6 pack...you have no muscle...

you can easily get rid of the fat with a single one time thing in the lower ab area something that is garunteed and a proven way of spot reduction.

Yes, leg raises and lots of roadwork. But you can do all the training you want then screw up the results with an inconsistent lifestyle. Put yourself on a schedule and stick too it. A healthy diet isn't a bad idea either.

i weigh 200 with a good 4 pack and decent lower 2 abs...

if i was 140....dam!maybe you would be able to see my liver :D
