True_Warrior4 12-13-2002, 08:33 PM Im good at subbmissios and this is my favorite one but im lokking to take it to the next level help me out VulgarTheClown 12-13-2002, 11:36 PM we need more details than that seldomTap 12-14-2002, 02:37 AM How do you set it up? From inside your closed guard or from someone trying to pass? VulgarTheClown 12-14-2002, 02:57 AM I get it from both but i prefer from them passing. True_Warrior4 12-14-2002, 11:38 AM I can get it on every way seldomTap 12-14-2002, 11:54 AM If you are getting it on from anywhere, how do you need to improve it? seldomTap 12-14-2002, 11:56 AM Try this out...from bjj.org http://bjj.org/techniques/jen/tech17/ James Fulton 12-14-2002, 04:42 PM Hahaha Kimura 01-09-2003, 07:43 PM Make sure the triangle is also an armbar rather than all choke. When Mark Coleman tapped out to Nog's triangle, it was his arm being hyperextended that did the real damage and not the choke. Gracie Austin 01-11-2003, 08:44 AM how about this one, in a locked guard grab both wrists and pull them toward you, when they pull an arm back push their wrist to the knot in their belt & hold it there & throw that leg over the shoulder. ParazIT 01-11-2003, 11:56 AM kimura: that was becouse Coleman stod up. If you do the triangle try to keep tight instead, if he tries to escape by putting his head up, then go for the triangle armbar combination or switch for the regular armbar... |
