Ok im trying to lose 15 more pounds before the year is over , right now im running 2 miles 2 days out of the week and skipping rope for 20 minutes every day . I hit the heavy and speed bags 6 days out of the week, but i dont have a double end bag and dont know how to set it up how high do i have to put the top rope of the double end bag ?

when you buy a double end bag, it usually comes with 2 cables. (one for attaching to top, one for attaching to bottom).

you need a floor anchor (can also be found at home depot)
