ok i,m in i have weighed myself about 2hours ago at training the only problem i dont think i will be able to get a pic up any time soon but i,m 15 5,8 and right now 63kg i,m hoping for 57kg thats my goal if anybody has good tips and a diet plan i would be grateful to hear them.

and also i have a great idea im not sure every body would stick to this tho i thought we could have everybody that has agreed to join create a day eating plan and change and just like someone agrees to do tuesday al make one up for wednesday get the idea? so basicly we might need to have it a week and advance so we can get the food redy but a different person every day choosing what that days diet my be like?

I guess im in to, but im not doing it to lose weight im pretty comfortable at 120 pounds, so im just going to try to gain more muscle mass, maybe even try to get 125 pounds.

Well i guess I'll post mine since no one else has, was real awkrard trying to take the photo, had to hold the camera and take the picture with just my right hand and hold the string attached to the camera away from the shot with my other hand lol :tapedshut ..

The camera is pretty damn old and has no timer so i will probally be buying a new one on thursday so i can take a picture of me flexing so the difference in a few months is more noticable :boxing:

**** it, im in. Might aswell try and get some incouragement from the boxingscene. Last i weighed myself like 3 weeks ago was 220. So i'll say 220. I want to get down to 140 or 135. I'll post picture later. I ran today on the treadmill for the first time in a long time for 15 minuets and was going to do some boxing exercise but then i started coughing thought my cold was coming back so i didn't do the boxing exercise, but its a start - 10/17/06.:boxing:

Hit the track around 9 for the usual run. I went all out for about 2 laps (.5 miles) and started to feel it. I jogged until i hit the 2.5 mile mark (where I usually stop). And then instead of driving home, I sprinted it (about .33 miles); got home and hit the jump rope, went about 20 minutes and then got into the body weight exercises. I did 3 sets of 25 pushups (clapping), 3 sets of 100 body weight squats, and finished with an ab workout. I finished around 10:30.
I feel great.

dam, a forgot we i start today oh well a,l have to work hark cause breakfast was,nt good for me i had 3 slices of toast and a hot chocklate. hehe a feel like a fat ****. i,m going to a football match today so i,m not going to eat anything there when i get back it will be a half hour run.

Just finished drills with my trainer, could barely throw a jab at the end of the session and was drenched head to toe in sweat, and now im finishing off the day with a big meal :)

hey i think too many of us are not taking this serios including me i,m restarting today because yesterday i did ****-all and eat toast choclate fries and fryed fish so i,m restarting today and im off to a good start so far this morning i,ve had i had 30 mins run on tredmill on a empty stumock then had a oat cerial with skimmed milk.

I haven't been training in a few weeks tho as been round my girls most nights boxings on and she tires me out soo... il start this week hopefully.

Started running around 6 today, same thing -- .5 all out and then 2.5 miles. Instead of going home, I decided I would take the long way home...so I did. Atleast a one mile run, no stopping or water. I got home and did my 3x25 push ups and skipped for about 15 minutes.

Unfortunatly I slacked yesterday and went to a party. Killed a 12 pack and got fast food (forgot I was dieting) so I guess I'm going to step it up now.

Weight - 200

Got my gym set up at home now the reflex ball, punching bag, weights and all that other good stuff, so now i can train at home and at the gym with my trainer :boxing: .

Here are my pictures, taken today. Last week i started on the treadmill again, now im hitting the bag, shadow boxing, and doing other exercises this takes about 40 minuets more or less, then i hit the treadmill 15 minutes, then shadow box again for the duration of 3 songs basicly 3 rounds.

So hows everyone else going, iv been training pretty intense my trainer has been pushing me beyond my limit almost every session, and my muscles are always sore now lol..

Iv actually lost weight which kind of sucks because i was planning to gain weight, but it could just be me losing some body fat which hopefully turns to muscles, i have lost around 16 pounds...

If you lost 16 pounds in about 2 weeks, you might wanna stop... You said you weighted 120 at the start... You are about to disappear man...

I been doing pretty good... Haven't weighted myself but I can tell I losing... Had to adjust my belt already...

Either that or my scales is not working well, but im always putting on and losing weight during the week usually always going between 112 - 120.. i just got a weird Metabolism i think.

I used to weigh myself at work, at the scales we had. And by friday i'd lose 10 pound, by monday i'd add about 8 pounds and repeat the cycle. I usally eat a lot of junk food on the weekend and thats where i gained the weight. Don't know if thats how it is for you. I think i lost a few pounds, not sure, i still have problems eating junk food -too much- on the weekends.

I've not been able to accurately weigh myself yet because my scales are just some run of the mill ones. I'm around 9 and a half stone and about 5'7/8.

Well this is me, already in shape, just tryna get down from 76kgs to 71kg...thats 167lbs to 156lbs, have to do that by Dec. 1st when I might be fighting, it looks realistic but I'm outta training for a week now and also not much fat to lose but those damn muscles....I'm 5'8

you know what your 'motivation' should be....to have a sick ass body that girls will love and to be the best athlete YOU can be...that's great motivation right there man. just get into a routine of 5-6 days of straight working out and you're good to go.

i don't know but a trainer at my gym said that for one day a week you should binge eat on whatever you want. Take one day break from the diet as a reward for being good all week.


anyways, i'm in but not to lose weight but to attain muscle. i'm currently 150 lbs i'm trying to get up to 156 while keeping my speed. we'll see how that goes.

I would assume gaining weight and getting fit would be considered getting in shape, and thats exactly what im trying to do aswell..

I recently stepped up my cardio with some extra pushups and crunches, i do about 150 in the morning of each and then another 150 of each before bed.. i think you can see a big difference already in my abs and physique muscle wise with the extra cardio.

I also stopped doing weights for a few weeks, just for now because i just felt stiff in the arms and didnt feel really fast in the hands, but now i feel more relaxed in the arms and body and feel better moving around in the ring, i might start doing some lighter weights havnt really decided yet.

I was just making an observation that most hot girls like his are vain about their guys looks. I lost about 10 lbs... But alot of that was water weight and Thanksgiving didn't help...

Ill have like 2 fish sandwhiches a day and thats it lol

I been doing a lot of running but, I think my biggest problem is what I eat... I don't really cook so I end up eating on the run... Been trying to eat a lot of egg whites recently... Haven't weighted myself but, I know I'm in much better shape although it may not appear physically... Just working hard to make it very noticeable physically... I gotta fix my work regimen in the kitchen more than the gym...
