Who wins out of these too clever boxers? Neither guys chin was great but then again neither were extremely heavy hitters.

Who takes it? sleazyfellow 10-14-2006, 03:47 PM floyd was a heavier hitter than norton i think, but this could go either way, floyd was more aggressive in most of his fights, like tyson, and norton was a good counter puncher, but neways i still pick floyd cause hes got the kangaroo punch, kangaroo>joo Dempsey 1919 10-14-2006, 03:52 PM Floyd was faster and the hevier hitter. He waould swarm all over Norton and knock him out in 8. joeytrimble 10-14-2006, 10:15 PM it'd all depend if norton used his size to his advantage which he probably wouldnt and he'd lose via ko hemichromis 10-15-2006, 06:36 AM patterson by ko probably via Kangaroo hook M26 10-19-2006, 01:31 PM Floyd Patterson was the faster fighter of the two, and he was a better boxer than Ken Norton. This could give him the advantage. How ever, Pattersons chin was made of glass, and Norton could deliver a solid punch in his prime. Granted, Nortons chin wasn't great either, but I believe he could withstand Pattersons punches. It was the real heavy hitters that gave Norton most trouble. I see Patterson taking an early lead on points, using his speed to control Norton. After a few rounds, Norton finds his rythm and wins by late stoppage.
