Ive got an externally rotated right hip and left too I think. but Its more on my right I think. Im an orthodox, but I think I fight it easier to throw a straight with my left due to technique. What yall think?

Larry Merchant 10-25-2006, 06:29 PM explain a little more platinummatt! 10-25-2006, 06:38 PM Well I got a few problems but one of them is my right hip is externally rotated, but I think that its actually because the muscles are tight, so its hard to pivot. basically: I can throw a straight left better than a straight right i can throw a better left jab, I can throw a better leaf right uppercut, I can throw a better lead left hook. Im a natural orthodox. With practice I could improve. I could stretch the right hip. I dont box, I just study the technique |
