Zigga 03-13-2006, 10:05 PM Green tea and caffine before train9ng unstoppable sam 03-14-2006, 12:27 AM my best friend was always really chubby then in over time he kept getting more and more fit, and now hes cut as hell. when i asked him how he did it, he said he ate only what he planned to eat... no going out to eat, no junk, no ****, no drinks except water. he would eat the same thing like every day at lunch... a can of tuna, a power bar, an apple, and a granola bar. thats it and he got cut as ****. my friends and me wud all be eating burgers or burritos and he kept to his plan... plus he started running and going to the gym. well to make a long story short.. plan what you eat and eat what you plan. |
