I cut fat grams to 45 a day , cut out all fried foods and white sauces

hey Big - g I'm not Pro i'm amaturs they gave me pro causei happened to get paid.

with only one fight under my belt i don't see myself as pro.

but yes i am i'm tryin to drop at least 1 weight class.

How many callories and grams of fat do you eat per day
What and when do you eat carbs?

do you drink a lot of beer and booze
do you smoke weed and binge eat at night

Eat better, do cardio, etc. Once I stopped eating garbage, my weight dropped drastically.

my best friend was always really chubby then in over time he kept getting more and more fit, and now hes cut as hell. when i asked him how he did it, he said he ate only what he planned to eat... no going out to eat, no junk, no shit, no drinks except water. he would eat the same thing like every day at lunch... a can of tuna, a power bar, an apple, and a granola bar. thats it and he got cut as ****. my friends and me wud all be eating burgers or burritos and he kept to his plan... plus he started running and going to the gym. well to make a long story short..

plan what you eat and eat what you plan.
