Is there any benefit of going for a jog after weight training. I think Vince McMahon said he did that and his muscles built faster. Anyone know if thats true? thanks in advance for any info

Ten minutes (each) prior and after the workout makes your muscles recover faster, so you - generally spoken - benefit from it. Besides, warm-up and cool-down lessens the risk of injury.
