Im new to boxing and i really like it.. im going to get some training gloves but im not sure what size i need E.G 16oz, 14oz, 12oz, etc my hand is about 8 inches in length and 4 inches in width.

any one know what size would be good?

I train with 12 oz bag gloves, they offer plenty of padding but theyre not overly heavy.

I usualy use twelves as well, iv'e tried some sixteens but then i get pretty tired.

it depends on your weight. the lighter weights use 12-14. the heavy weights use 16-18.

i'm 6'2 180 and i use 16 oz on bags .. I sparr with 14.
