Do you have a chance on doing any early morning cardio? Cause if so, you could try getting up, training, eating a bigger breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit etc) and feel the benefit of it longer.
I know i need to do that, I will try and start tomorrow

dinner-I am still full from the pad thai.
CrashZero 12-14-2002, 04:14 PM i dont see any sparring or mitt work in their. You can be in great shape but if you dont get good at dodgin those punches and countering back your ability to go 6 rounds wont do much good when your KO'd in about 30seconds :)
sparring +mitt work+ a good trainer/somone to train with are the 3 huge keys. Everything else is just refinement.

My wind is a lot better but not good enough and i got 1 month to to make a 50% increase!
seldomTap 12-26-2002, 04:52 PM 1 month is long enough to make an apreciable difference to your cardio...believe me.
You will have to however do something pretty much daily, or at least 5 times a week, of reasonably high intensity to get there.
I know what you mean about feeling like ****...my damn Turkey obsession has made me feel crapola myself

It seems you are training pretty hard, you should be well prepared.
Do you know anything about your opponents at all?
Now that the fight is over I am going back to heavy weights on even days and cardio and odd #'s
how'd you do? You've been working out pretty hard, you've been making me sick just reading it.
