i was jumping on my bed with my toddler brother, and i noticed it's almost or just as tiring as rope skipping.


would it be a good addition for conditioning? bed jumping at a rope skipping jump rate for a couple rounds?

it seems to be safe on the feet, it's a bed, after all.

When I ran winter track, sometimes we would job in place on the really think, soft mats that are used for gymnastics and stuff like that, after a few minutes your whole legs would burn.
