Your system will have more protein to burn, so your muscles will benefit from it - you will probably increase in muscle growth and have more energy for your work-outs.

Depends on your diet. How mch protein and carbohydrates do you eat per day and how many meals?
And why are you training twice a week only, not much really, is it? :)

you want to be training 4 days a week at least for the 1st few months then 6 days a week like me:)
i got some energy powder stuff at the weekend, you mix a big scoop of it with water and it gives you extra energy , and it seems to be working , i took some before i went out a run yesterday , i where i usually would be a little out of breath i was fine.

whey protein is a must. it shouldnt even be considered a supplement. take a serving IMMEDiATELY after your workout. i recommend Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard. Its a solid protein and is available at a reasonable price. A whey shake after a workout is better than eating a steak or some other protein source. Whey is formulated to be absorbed by your system very quickly. After a workout, your muscles have very tiny tears and need to be repaired. Protein is needed. It must be absorbed quickly to help rebuild your muscle tissue. GO buy some.

Go for "Whey Isolate and Peptides", but remember it digests in less than an hour so it is best to take a different protein at night, use "Caseinate" Protein, it lasts much longer, great for night-time use for its slower digestion...mix it with "Fats", like Olive Oil or Nuts, to help increase hormone levels while you sleep.

Protein is a must to rebuild the muscle.

STAY AWAY FROM "SOY", IT IS SUPPOSED TO INCREASE ESTROGEN, AND LOWERS TESTOSTERONE.

Your in "Manchester, England", why not drink the stuff that Hatton drinks?

not if yer only gonna train 2 tyms a week.
you can still train 6 days a week and make time for your girlfriend and your job , go running early in the mornings.

If ur eating a balanced diet and training twice a week u dont need to be drinking shakes regulary. One straight after training is all u need. To much protein taxes the body if its not being used.
