that was the biggest waste, i have ever seen. You should kill your self at once aand save others the time.

Mr. psychologist, don't become a cornerman anytime soon, your psych tactics would scare the guy you were cornering.

Tough Guy!

Does anyone think psyche outs work a great deal? I think a guy who looks completely in control and calm about the whole situation is more off putting than a guy with steam coming out of his ears personally

How many post do i have to have before the "newbie"nick is gone? A little about myself, first i have seen just about about evry UFC and Pride. I am not a tuff guy at all but i like to watch the sport. How many of you can honestly remember paying 59 dollars for the first .. i mean the second UFC. The above mouth piece comment was 55% funny and a little bit serious. If i am a drunk redneck that is only fighting because im drunk and my friends put me up to it ... that will make me think twice.:):)

Heres my take,if anyone cares. Your mind has to be pyched....But learning to peak at the right time is Important..I fought amatuers forever(boxing),No matter how many fights I had,I still got nervous.(butterflys, which is 100 % natural)...........But to pyshe myself out,I would actualy get angry at my opponents, and use the fire to dive me,If you do not not do this and have the right mental attitude(any thing in life)then your flight defese will kick in,and its hard to overcome in the middle of the fight, after the bell rings.
I never think about anything, anyone, the only thoughts should be, what your going to do,not what he is going to do!

Good point itfihtr....

When I boxed, my first fight was against a guy who was just keen to get into it, and came out firing...but after the initial blast, he was gone, I didn't go down with the first few punches and he lost it a bit, I ended up KOing him in the 2nd round.

But the last guy I fought (my 8th and final bout in my illustrious Amatuer boxing career!) had been there a lot, I think it was his 15th or 16th fight, He was a lot calmer and clinical, I found it hard to get much on him early on but by the final round had landed a few good punches and got the points...he was a lot omre intimidating to me though as I didn't know what to expect, he was so calm and assured in himself, his seemed so confident and it had to be for a good reason
