DOGG, I had ankle surgery two weeks ago so I have been taking it easy but I hope to be back next week. Usually I am there every day.

welcome mike. i've seen you roll around with justin & lenny over at the center. you and randy were actually showin me some takedowns one time. i'm gonna start goin back more & i'd love to work on some more takedowns & **** w/ you.

i haven't been there in awhile but lenny told me that tito & paul are gonna start havin a takedown class twice a week. this true?

jeremy, I had my first workout since surgery yesterday and I am one out shape kid! I hope to fight in Feb. sometime. Jan. 11 sounds like a good card I can't wait to see it! I will have to get a Scorpion shirt for that one... :D

Me and Jeremy went to war for 13 minutes but he is a 170 andd I am a 155. would be nice but he is too big for me.. hands are heavy like rocks! Big f-ing rocks!!!!

Dixon was probably one of the smallest opponents I have ever faced. I couldnt believe they were going to let us fight. 2 months before I fought him I was thinking it was going to be easy, I trained very hard and was mentally and phisically ready. The night came and we touched hands in the center, looking down at him thinking I would sprawl his face into the mat! But Mike had really powerful takedowns and took me down everytime he shot. After the second round he no longer felt like a 155 pounder. But more like a 190 pounder. I knew the only way to beet him was to stand and trade. I tried to submit him, but that was not going to happen. He stayed tight and blocked my hips. Dixon and I now hang out at every fight we see each other at. And we have been talking about training with each other. But we have to see! :D
