I heard about this author, Patricia Cornwell, who has been studying the case for years finally has released the guys name and all the evidence including DNA testing thats linked him to these murders. I wonder if its true, anyone else hear about this? His name is Walter Richard Sickert

It is very creepy. Can you imagine being a police officer at the time, walking around on your path, doing the rounds, and at the same place you were not 20 minutes before their is a dismembered hooker, or a child who's is disemboweled and there entrails is thrown on the wall. He was one sick ****er.
