if things get heated on the streets who you like to have in your team ?
i had like
-toney (mad strong big mouth and i m sure he walks around with a gun)
-gerald mcllelan , he was mean as a snake and could punch
- hopkins of course
- duran , you just have to make sure he doesnt kill you too
- tyson obviously
-vargas with a golf club
what s yours ?

ghostbear 10-08-2004, 12:38 PM Why would anybody want Hopkins on their side in a street fight? A 160 pounder that doesn't even have huge power at that weight. Skill wise and boxing he's great but I'll take Mike Tyson, David Tua, and Ike Ibeabuchi.

elveiel 10-08-2004, 01:12 PM The chances of fighting someone you need back up for are very limited. I normally like doing the job myself but if i was in a gang fight against some tough guys then i'd say Tyson and Tua.

Imagine this, your in a street fight and these are you three guys...
Oscar, Vargas, and Felix....your facing some pretty bad dudes and heres what happens.
Oscar-he looks strong early in the brawl pumping that jab and even breaking the dudes nose with a left hook, but he starts to fade and tries to negotiate a trus, this dude wants no part of a trus he's there to die, so he refuses, Oscar tries to walk away but gets blind sided in the temple, he is down for the count.
Vargas-is laughing his ass off because of what just took place with Oscar and as he walks up to his guy and he gets caught with a wild left hand just as the fight begins that drops him hard, Vargas gets up but he has no clue where he's at, the guy grabs Nandos head and then bashes it in to a huge green dumpster repeatedly until he is out.
Tito, can he save face for you or not? Well Tito starts slow with his guy and cannot find the range, in fact about three minutes into the brawl Felix finds himself down four times by punches he just didn't see, he is not hurt however and begins to land monster left hooks to this guys jaw, its obviously busted so Tito asks him in Spanish if he has had enough, the guy is clueless to what Tito says but cries yes, yes.. but Tito doensn't understand what the guy had said and winds up killing him.
Everyone else flees after they see what Tito has done...Meanwhile Felix walks over to Vargas who is passed out lying beside the green dumpster and begins to piss all over Vargas.
He then walks over to a groggy Hoya and kicks him in the face with his steel toe boots. While not be able to comfort Tito because you don't speak his language he becomes scared and lonely, he holds up a dime from his pocket and he trys his best to say he needs something larger. You understand him and give him a couple of quarter, he then calls Don Felix and goes home.
This coming from a guy who loves Oscar!

but for real aint to many normal streetfighting dudes that would stand a chance agaisnt a pro boxer, if the boxer is 130 or 250 pound dude it doesnt matter, he will mess your face up

These are great, really original. And they make sense, too. How about Orlando Zulueta though? He was a Cuban fighter who cut guys so badly, one time the ref stopped the action to check whether his gloves had razors in them. Cutting people with punches is a skill, and Zulueta had it.

This has got to be the top 3. Golota is one mean mother. You have seen how dirty he fights in the ring, just imagine in a street fight! I heard thats how he got his start in boxing. He would get into all kinds of street fights and was quite brutal.

My choice for street fight 25 year old George Foreman, 20 year old Mike Tyson, Prime Joe Fraizer, but this guys are too big and in a street fight in my country they will blow these guys heads coz they are damned to big....
so i will go for smaller guys Roberto Duran, Manny Pacquiao, Rolando Navarette, Aaron "The Hawk" Pyror, good all around street fight rumble....
